01 The service
Favoris lets you save links you share or paste, then files them with a category, topic, and tags so you can find them again. Operator: Siftly LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
02 Your account
- You must be at least 13, and able to agree to these terms.
- Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on the account.
- Give accurate information. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or illegal activity.
03 Your saves
- Save only links you are allowed to keep a personal copy of.
- Do not use Favoris for illegal, harmful, or infringing material.
- You keep whatever rights you already have in content behind a link. You let us process that link as needed to run the product (fetch metadata, classify, store, show it back to you).
- The Favoris name, interface, and software stay ours.
04 Other platforms
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and similar sites have their own rules. Favoris is not affiliated with them. If they change or block access, a save may be incomplete or fail. Always treat the original post as the source of truth.
05 Paid features
A free plan may include a monthly save limit. If you buy Favoris Pro (or another in-app subscription), Apple or Google charges you — not Siftly LLC directly. Price, length, and renewal appear on the store sheet. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple or Google rules.
06 Changes and availability
We may add, change, or stop features. We will try to give reasonable notice when a change is material. Classification is automatic and can be wrong; recategorize in the app if needed.
07 Limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Siftly LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a save or a classification. Privacy practices are in the Privacy Policy.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
