01 Who we are
The controller of this service is Siftly LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Favoris is a personal collection for links you choose to save from social platforms and the web.

02 Data we collect
- Account. Email address, authentication credentials (handled by our auth provider), and an optional display name.
- Saves. Links you share or paste, optional notes, cover images, source platform, and timestamps.
- Classification. Category, topic line, and tags generated so you can find the save later.
- App preferences. Language, appearance, reminder settings, and similar choices stored on device or with your account.
- Site. If you join the waitlist on appfavoris.com, we store the email you submit.
- Technical logs. Limited server records used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
03 How we use it
- Create and secure your account
- Read a link you submitted so we can file it by category, topic, and tags
- Show, search, remind, and organize your collection
- Operate Free / Pro limits and, if you subscribe, billing status
- Keep the service reliable and investigate problems
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your saves to build advertising profiles.
04 Service providers
We use operators who process data on our instructions:
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Railway — application hosting
- Cloudflare — DNS, site delivery, and email routing for appfavoris.com
- Groq and other model providers — classification, and short transcripts when a link requires them
- Apple, Google, and RevenueCat — subscriptions, only if you purchase Pro in a store
- Public metadata helpers — oEmbed / Open Graph style lookups (for titles and covers of links you save)
Some providers are in the United States. If you use Favoris from the EEA, UK, or similar regions, that is an international transfer needed to run the product.
05 How long we keep it
Saves stay while your account is active. If you delete your account in the app or send a deletion request, we delete or anonymize related account data. Temporary media used while processing a link is removed afterwards; the collection keeps the link and classification fields you see in the app.
Security logs are kept only as long as useful for operations, then discarded.
06 Security
Server keys stay on the server. The mobile app uses a restricted public key. Database row-level security is set so one account cannot read another account’s saves. No method is perfect; please use a strong unique password.
07 Your choices
- Update your name and password in Settings
- Delete individual saves, or delete the whole account in Settings
- Email us to access or correct account data if you cannot use the app
If you bought Pro, cancel or request a refund through Apple or Google. We do not store your full payment card number.
08 Children
Favoris is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
